SUPERFLY TRIBUTE SHOW

The Superfly Tribute Show is making a comeback with a special Father’s Day event, honoring the legendary Curtis Mayfield. The show will feature the Bay Area’s own soul sensation and recording artist, Codney Holiday. The lineup also includes the soulful Nzuri Soul, Percussionist Juan Escovedo, and the remarkable Superfly Band, under the direction of James Earley. The renowned Bay Area Blues & Street legend, Fillmore Slim, will also grace the stage, with the event hosted by (son) Frank Stickemz.

This event is a throwback to the 70s, transporting you back to a time when the street vibe was strong, black power was right on, and love was the universal song. The Superfly Tribute Show will delight you with classic 70s hits, including tracks from iconic movie soundtracks like SUPERFLY, SPARKLE, LET’S DO IT AGAIN, CAR WASH, and other timeless hits penned and produced by Curtis Mayfield and other legendary artists. To enhance the experience, DJ KStyle will set the mood with a mesmerizing mix of 70s film clips and psychedelic visuals projected on large screens.
