SUPERFLY TRIBUTE SHOW

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, the Superfly Tribute Show is making a grand return, featuring Bay Area Soul Sensation, and recording artist Codney Holiday. The show will also include a special guest appearance by Nzuri Soul, percussionist Juan Escovedo, and will be led by music director James Earley and the Superfly Band. This throwback cultural event takes you on a nostalgic journey back in time when the street vibe was strong, black power was right on, and love was the universal song. The Superfly Tribute Show will treat you to classic hits from the 70s, including songs from the movie soundtracks of SUPERFLY, SPARKLE, LETS DO IT AGAIN, CAR WASH, and other timeless hits written and produced by legendary artists, Curtis Mayfield and others. DJ KStyle will electrify the atmosphere with a captivating blend of 70’s cinematic excerpts and psychedelic montage projected onto the grand screens.

 Also making a special appearance will be Blues & S.F. Street legend Fillmore Slim, celebrating his 85th birthday with a live performance.
