Music that uplifts, inspires, and testifies to victory through faith

BISHOP MANYWEATHER

Doors: 7:30PM   Show: 8:00PM

Bishop Vincent Manyweather, professionally known as Sir’Vant, was born on October 20, 1956, in Monroe, Louisiana. The eldest of the Manyweather children, he was saved at the young age of nine and began singing at eight years old. By age 17, he was already preaching the Gospel—a calling he has faithfully carried for more than 40 years.

Sir’Vant received his first vocal training from his mother, Rosetta Reed Manyweather, a nightclub singer whose musical influence shaped his early sound. Music and ministry run deep in his family lineage, with multiple generations of singers and preachers contributing to his rich spiritual and musical foundation.

In December 1977, he married the love of his life, Alice Manyweather, and together they raised four children—two sons and two daughters. In May 1986, he was installed as Pastor by the late R.W. McMurry, marking a significant milestone in his pastoral leadership. Bishop Manyweather later earned a Doctorate in Theology, further solidifying his commitment to ministry and excellence.

As a gospel recording artist and professional model, Sir’Vant released his first solo album in 1986 titled “Nothing But the Grace of God” under Secret Records / Sound of Gospel. Throughout his career, he has recorded extensively and served as a featured and lead vocalist with renowned choirs and ensembles, including:

• CLC Youth Choir

• CLC Mass Choir

• Union City Apostolic Choir

• Edwin Hawkins’ Music & Arts

Sir’Vant has been personally mentored by gospel legends Bishop Walter Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins, Pastors Eric and Robert Lyons, the late Bishop Rance Allen, and D.J. Rogers. His musical journey has also connected him with some of gospel music’s most influential artists, including Anthony Brown, Marvin Sapp, Vickie Winans, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, the late Duranice Pace, Kim Burrell, Tye Tribbett, B-Slade, and J Moss.

Now returning with renewed purpose, power, and passion, Sir’Vant re-emerges with a new anointing, a fresh sound, and brand-new material. He is currently releasing a full LP titled “I Win,” produced by James Jackson of I Sound Music. The album delivers a dynamic blend of high praise and worship, infectious grooves, and traditional gospel elements—music that uplifts, inspires, and testifies to victory through faith.

Sir’Vant’s voice, message, and ministry continue to stand as a testament to God’s grace, resilience, and triumph.
